• All claims must be made within 24 hours of receipt. 
• In an event of loss, breakage, or damage, please notify carrier.
• No returns will be accepted without an RMA#. 
• Shipments are duly inspected & triple checked.
• Goods listed on an invoice remain property of TheScentHouse until paid in full. 
• By accepting delivery of this invoice, buyers accept TheScentHouse terms and conditions.
• In the interests of preventing or investigating fraudulent activity: (a) we may contact you regarding returns activity which may be suspicious, and/or (b) we reserve the right to deactivate any account which is engaged in suspicious activity.
